Professionals use Sass because, in comparison, designing with LESS is like trying to fly a kite with one arm tied behind your back, the results are harder to achieve and far less spectacular. If you don't like Sass (scss) you can always just edit the compiled CSS file that is included though, so you can still make any adjustments you need, just without the power and elegance of a professional pre-processor.
